Author Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished manuscripts for presentation and publication in the Proceedings of the International Business and Public Administration Conference (IBIPAC). Manuscripts must not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Submission Requirements
- Manuscripts must be written in English.
- The submitted work must be original and free from plagiarism.
- Authors should ensure that all data, findings, and references are accurate and properly cited.
- All submissions must follow the official conference template.
Manuscript Structure
Manuscripts should be organized as follows:
- Title
- Author(s) Name and Affiliation
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- Keywords (3–5 keywords)
- Introduction
- Methodology
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion
- Acknowledgments (optional)
- References
Formatting Requirements
- Paper size: A4
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
- Line spacing: 1.15 or Single
- Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides
- All tables and figures must be clearly numbered and titled.
- References should follow the APA Style (7th Edition).
Submission Procedure
- Authors must submit manuscripts through the conference submission system.
- The submission file should be in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
- Authors are responsible for ensuring that the manuscript complies with all formatting and ethical requirements before submission.
Review Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process. Reviewers evaluate submissions based on originality, relevance, methodological rigor, clarity of presentation, and contribution to knowledge and practice.
Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts according to reviewers' comments before final acceptance.
Publication Ethics
Authors must adhere to the highest standards of publication ethics. Plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, and duplicate submission are strictly prohibited. All manuscripts will be screened using plagiarism detection software before publication.
Publication
Accepted and presented papers will be published in the Proceedings of the International Business and Public Administration Conference (IBIPAC). Selected papers may be recommended for publication in accredited or indexed journals, subject to the respective journal's editorial policies and review procedures.
