Plagiarism Policy

The Proceedings of the International Business and Public Administration Conference (IBIPAC) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity and publication ethics. Authors are expected to submit original manuscripts that have not been published previously and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

All submitted manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software before undergoing the peer-review process. The editorial team evaluates the similarity report to identify potential plagiarism, including direct copying, paraphrasing without proper attribution, self-plagiarism, duplicate publication, and data fabrication.

The proceedings apply the following standards:

• Manuscripts must be original and properly cite all sources of information.
• Any form of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism and redundant publication, is strictly prohibited.
• A maximum similarity index of 20% is generally accepted, excluding references, quotations, and standard methodological descriptions.
• Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding the acceptable threshold may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected without review.
• If plagiarism is detected after publication, the editorial board reserves the right to retract the article and notify the authors' affiliated institutions when necessary.

Authors are fully responsible for the content of their submissions and must ensure compliance with ethical publishing standards. By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that their work is original and free from plagiarism.
